Return Policy

Chocolates are fragile items. We do not guarantee that your chocolates will arrive undamaged at your nominated address. We will however take the following precautions to avoid the chocolates melting or being damaged whilst in transit:

• We will not ship on days where temperatures over 24 Celsius are forecasted.
• We will monitor the weather forecast and ship as soon as the weather conditions are favourable (under 24c)
• Our chocolates will be delivered in our protective, packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
